DELIVERY INFORMATION

All products are sent with either Royal Mail or Yodel. 
Delivery prices vary according on the weight of the item, however, here are some estimates: 
 

  • Royal Mail Letter: £1.70 (All cards, horse riding vouchers and 1 pony party invite). 

  • Royal Mail large letter: £2.15 (Individual saddle/stable tags, Set of 5 pony party invites, individual bookmarks, individual feed bowl covers etc).

  • Yodel: £3.99 (Most items- stable plaques, rosette hangers, phone cases, mugs, notebooks, drawstring bags, multiple saddle/stable tags, tackroom plaques, spray bottles, treat/supplement jars, passport holders, multiple feed bowl covers etc).

  • Yodel: £4.99 (Cushions)

  • Yodel: £5.99 & £7.99 (Large orders of multiple items which are of heavy weight). ​

Royal Mail parcels typically take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered, however can be longer in busy periods* whilst Yodel usually takes 3-5 working days to deliver. 

*If in the unlikely occurrence you think your parcel may have got lost please do inform us but please be aware we have to wait at least 7 days for Yodel and 14 days for Royal Mail before the couriers will deem your parcel lost. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

As you are aware all of these items are handcrafted and personalised meaning that these can take a little while to make so we appreciate your patience! Here are the approximate order processing times (varies depending on order quantity):
 

  • Hand painted items: 7-14 working days (stable plaques, wooden rosette hangers, tackroom plaques, bridle hook plaques and phone cases-as we order these in). 

  • Pressed items: 1-5 working days (competition plaques/information plaques, competition vehicle signs, gate signs, emergency contact plaque, mugs, acrylic rosette holders, acrylic stable plaques, notebooks, bookmarks, cushions, saddle tags, passport holders, feed bowl covers etc.)

  • Cards: 1-3 working days (All cards, pony party invites, horse riding vouchers etc).  

Please be aware these are estimated times and can take longer during busier periods. We urge people to order well in advance if they are needing an item by a certain date to avoid disappointment. We have to work through orders in a systematic way, however, if you do require an item by a certain date and unsure whether it will arrive in time please leave a note on the cart page and we will try our best to get it to you in time.
